INVITATION FOR QUOTATION
Quotations are invited from eligible vendors for providing security services in the campus of Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Kumara Krupa Road, Bengaluru 560001
and College of Fine Arts, Dr. Vishnuvardhan road, Srinivasapura, Banashankari 6th
stage, Bengaluru 560060.
The security services are to be provided round the clock in three shifts.
The details regarding number of security guards, supervisor and the no. of shifts per day are indicated in the attached template.
The Vendor shall pay the monthly salary for the security guards and supervisors as per the minimum wages act of Karnataka Government. The vendor shall also pay the required monthly ESI and PF contribution as per the statutory requirements to the security personnel, deployed in Chitrakala Parishath and College of Fine Arts.
The Vendor shall submit supporting documents like monthly wage register / salary bank statement extract, proof of having paid monthly ESI & PF contributions to the security personnel deployed.
The Vendor shall have necessary approvals & registrations from the concerned
government agencies, for providing security services.
The deployed security personnel are required to record bio-metric attendance and the monthly charges shall be paid based on the said bio-metric attendance.
THE VENDOR IS REQUIRED TO UTILIZE THE ATTACHED TWO TEMPLATES AND FILL UP THE AMOUNT FOR EACH CATEGORY OF THE SECURITY PERSONNEL ALONG WITH SERVICE / MANAGEMENT CHARGES.
The filled-up templates are to be printed on official company letterhead and to be submitted as Quotation.
The vendor shall provide details of minimum FIVE reference customers.
Quotations are to be submitted in sealed covers to Chitrakala Parishath office, within 7 days from the date of this advertisement.
