TENDER

Tenders are invited from eligible vendors for the design, manufacturing, and erection of 40 temporary stalls using precast slabs /wall panels(including necessary substructure / foundation work) in the Chitrakala Parishath campus, as per our requirements. Time frame for the completion of the total project is 10 weeks.
Interested firms need to submit the tender along with other required information /documents in a sealed cover to the Chitrakala Parishath office on or before 04.03.2025. Vendors are advised to visit the Chitrakala Parishath campus and study the topography and other relevant drawings before submitting the tender.

Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath is planning to implement a newly designed CHITTARA exhibition complex, comprising of around 40 temporary stalls in its campus located at Kumara Krupa Road, Bengaluru 560001. The said temporary stalls are expected to cater to organizing art and craft exhibitions.

Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath has prepared an architectural design blue print for the said exhibition complex. Each stall is required to be built by utilizing pre cast slabs / wall panels with a dimension of 3mts x 3 mts x 3 mts, incorporating facilities for electrical and display points. The thickness of precast wall
panel and roof slab shall be 125 mm.

The scope of work includes complete foundation preparation tasks in addition to design, manufacturing, transportation and erection of pre cast slabs /wall panels, manufactured as per our requirements.

Vendors are advised to visit the Chitrakala Parishath campus site and study the topology in addition to studying the relevant drawings before submitting the tender.

The complete project is required to be completed in 10 weeks.

The total area of the stalls to be built is 5579 SqFt. Any additional work carried out shall be paid on pro rata basis, as per the agreed & finalized base rate per Sq.Ft.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The vendor should be a registered firm and should possess all necessary permissions and approvals for carrying out such a project. The vendor firm should have a valid GST registration.
2. The vendor firm should have been in existence and implementing projects for the past minimum 05 years.
3. The vendor firm should be ISO 9001 certified and should be based in Bangalore.
4. The vendor firm should have achieved a minimum average annual turn over of Rs.25 crore for the duration of last three years.
5. The vendor firm should have successfully executed at least one large project worth of Rs.08 crore in the past five years.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. In this project, time is of essence and the complete project should be completed in 10 weeks.
2. The design, manufacturing and erection of exhibition stalls using precast wall panels / roof slabs should be in accordance with the design and requirements, created by Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath.
3. The vendor firm should quote an all inclusive price per sq.ft. (Sub structure / Foundation work + Precast slabs design, manufacturing, transportation and erection at site)
4. The vendor firm shall submit the tender document containing the commercial price and all other supporting documents as described in the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
5. The vendor firm should submit a list of its major customers, for whom projects have been executed successfully in the last 5 years.
